JIRA Integration for Managing Remediation Progress of Vulnerabilities reported by K2.

1. Authenticate JIRA with K2 App

Step 1 : Go to JIRA under Settings tab

Alternatively go to JIRA | Settings | K2 Portal

You will see following screen, Click on the Grant access to your JIRA account button

Step 2 : Authenticate K2 with Atlassian Account

You will be greeted with Atlassian login screen and add username and password and grant access to K2 App.

Step 3 : Check again JIRA Portal

Once you have authenticated Jira with K2 App. All the JIRAs created by your user through K2 Portal will be listed here JIRA | Settings | K2 Portal

2. Report Vulnerability Remediation Via JIRA

Step 1 : Go to Exploitable Vulnerability Page, Click on the info

Visit Exploitable Vulnerability view under Vulnerabilities or alternatively visit Exploitable | Vulnerabilities | K2 Portal

Click on the info button at the right of the vulnerability.

Step 2 : Click on Remediation

Once you've hit on info button on vulnerability, following page will be shown.

Click on Remediation tab.

Step 3 : File a JIRA

Remediation will give you fair idea about vulnerability and mitigation steps.

Now you've option to file a JIRA on your JIRA dashboard to track this vulnerability fixes.

Now next JIRA screen will be opened and most details will be filled. Assign JIRA to the right person and hit create button.

JIRA will be created and it will be listed in the Settings | JIRA section
